Site Preparation & Usage Conversion

Among the many D.M.D. Services capabilities, we offer site preparation & conversion services. Site preparations typically involve a change of site use. In other words, the property is turned over from, for instance, an old factory to a park.

One example of this site service involved the Glen Ellyn Park District. D.M.D. Services successfully demolished a 330,000-square-foot brick seminary that rose up to six stories. The 25-acre site was turned into athletic fields; however, one building, which was previously a convent, remains intact on the land and was converted to an alternate use.
